"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Procédure de Check-In impersonnel et sans contact. Nous aurions pu profiter de la terrasse si elle avait été équipée de parasol pour le matin et d’éclairage extérieur pour les soirées. Extérieur pas soigné, des mauvaises herbes envahissent le fond. Blatte morte dans le placard. Nuisance sonore des locataires de la résidence à partir de 3h30 du matin presque tous les jours en contravention du règlement intérieur. Pas de réaction du gestionnaire malgré nos demandes répétées."
