"Was just an overnight stay but will choose this place for a longer stay when the occasion arises. Had other plans for breakfast but glanced in and everything was orderly and well-stocked."

"Beds were decent. No longer offer free breakfast which in my opinion is a huge downfall, especially when traveling with children. Due to that fact alone we will no longer book there!"

"Booked room that stated sleeps five people, that was not the case. The room had 2 double beds and that's it. After asking the front desk if this was a mistake with the booking, he explained that all the rooms are the same and all only have 2 double beds. Had to purchase an air mattress.. "

"I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty embarrassing). I thought there would be a gift shop or something but nothing. It's not a resort by definition, it's a nice hotel with a pool. Lots of conferences and events for professionals. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation. "

"The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home."

"Overall, everything worked in the room and was worth the stay. Only issue was that the fridge, didn't have a freezer."

"This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it. The carpet in the hallways are pretty stained and gross. The staff was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. To be determined if this will be addressed with the renovation or not. "

"Unfortunately the restaurant closed shortly after our arrival so we had to find another option for a late dinner. And we had to switch rooms mid stay due to not having any hot water. "
