Great for the price! Don't hesitate to book

I was pleasantly surprised for the price point! The room was clean and well kept, the pool was WARM and breakfast was well stocked. Would stay in one of these on every road trip if I could!

The front desk staff were not the least bit friendly or welcoming. When we entered our room, it had not been cleaned, beds unmade, beer, liquor bottles, and garbage everywhere. The manager was great and had the room cleaned immediately. The cleaning staff were also very good. The microwave was making such a weird noise that we had to unplug it, and the TV reception was so poor it was unwatchable, nor could we sign in to any of our streaming services on it. Additionally, they were slow to refill breakfast items when they were empty.

Definitely below the standards I expect and find consistently with other Holiday Inns. Poorly maintained, not very clean and their pool was closed the whole time we were there. Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful.

This hotel was awesome!!! Quick check-in and the staff was so friendly! The pool area was clean and our family had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. The checkout was quick and again the staff was friendly!

Overcharged and no receipt able to be provided

Overcharged by $168.17 and was told there wasn’t anything that could be done until a manager arrived in the morning. When I asked for a receipt for the overcharge I was told I couldn’t be given one.

Easy check in. Front desk worker was super helpful with getting a crib to our room and very kind. Only negative was the pool had just reopened about a week ago, the pool area was cold, and the hot tub wasn’t working.
