"The hotel and service were impeccable. The Concierge/Doormen were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room decor was not exactly my taste, it felt a bit tacky - not sure if it was a connection to the buildings history or a nod to the neighbourhood but without explanation it felt a bit cheap."

"I read reviews, good and bad before we came and it’s all true. The hotel is on a street with strip clubs and casinos and the alley way to the hotel from the street felt unsafe (drunk/ drugged groups of people every time we walked through) and there’s no security in the hotel - you don’t need a key card to go in the lift or corridors. BUT once you’re in the hotel it’s great! Friendly staff, clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast. It’s also a great location near the main station. I haven’t knocked a star off for the shady street and would stay there again."

"We arrived on a late-night flight and chose to stay close to the airport. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. There is a bar/food area in the lobby where you can have drinks and something to eat. It closes around midnight. The food we had was very good. Getting from the terminal to the hotel is simple: a taxi costs approximately €15, or you can take public transportation for about €2. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service. Overall, highly recommended for a convenient airport stay."

"Hotel was excellent!! The rooms were fantastic, the location of the hotel couldn’t be any better. We were able to walk to everything. The lobby bar was a great place to grab a drink at night, and the staff what beyond wonderful. We definitely recommend staying here during your trip to Munich. "

"Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks."
