"Great customer service on check in. Friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable."

"Room ok, but peeling paper above window and broken window catches and broken lamp shade by bed (window side). Bathroom needed a plug for the sink, mould on ceiling above the bath/shower and mastic should have been removed from the tiles (near sink and over bath) where soap dispensers had been removed. No brandy at the bar. Chips supplied with meal were luke warm (nobody came to ask if things were OK). Had to ask for full breakfast to be reheated. Stayed here before, so rather disappointed this time. Will stay here again - as this may have been a one off."

The room was clean and comfortable; however it would’ve been helpful to have hotel information available in the room - such as food and drink options, room facilities, reception contact, and details of any additional services offered. At breakfast the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. "
