Was given a regular room which meant he couldn’t use the restroom in the room because the only grab bar was behind the toilet for use getting out of the shower, which he had zero ability to even think of using. Was not pleasant to have to leave the room in search of a public bathroom for him. Rooms are nice but was not cleaned, hair in the sink and such"
