Hello, We had a very pleasant stay, I would say 4 1/2 of 5 stars, at Petersburg Vacation Gem 3BR - Private Backyard. Check-in was easy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the updated kitchen was very nice, could have used a couple more pots/pans for cooking a large dinner. The older home was spacious with 8 foot ceilings, areas to gather, very clean, with lots of homey features. It had good lighting, WIFI/TV and several ceiling fans. We found one burned out light in the bathroom and thought the upstairs was rather warm. Our host Malik sent Mr. Hervey to evaluate, assist, and he was also very kind and efficient. Turns out the upstairs has its own thermostat. Our family had a very nice Christmas holiday stay.

This was a great house with a lot of space and plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable. They had great communication and answered any questions we had.
