"Hotel was awesome. It was unfortuate that the young manager. Thought it was appropriate to criticise the staff running the breakfast area in front of customers. She put him in his place with her knowledge and experience. My opinion was that it was extremely well run. Immaculate. As for the manager, he was coached by a Corporate type, who was present just before the manager tried to criticise the staff. Loved the hotel, "

"Took two children under 10 for a two-night stay. The space was perfect for a family — plenty of room and a great outdoor area for the kids to play, which was much better than being stuck inside like we would have been at a hotel. The only disappointment was that the pool, which was listed in the posting, was closed for the season. The kids had been really looking forward to it, but the lake being so close by definitely helped! "

"When we got there, there was a painting crew redoing the whole place. Very clean and well kept place. Room was huge. Breakfast was perfect. No bacon and eggs but everything else. Definitely would stay there again. "
