We truly enjoyed our stay in Petaluma, very neat little town full of treasures and personality in proximity to so much. The bungalow is private, quiet, quaint and well appointed. The host is very nice, accommodating and even greeted us with treats :)
This cottage was very clean and well appointed. We found it easy to relax and make our way around town. An easy walk or ride to the downtown area with lots to see and do. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the cottage.
Frank’s place is now my go-to spot when we are in town to visit our daughter. Comfortable bed, peaceful neighborhood, responsive host and great location. Thank you Frank!
Very comfortable furnishings in a calm and serene atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and Frank even included a bottle of wine and some snacks. It's in a great location on the west end of town, very close to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet.
Clean, cozy, great bed with wonderful linens and pillows! It was cold in the bathroom for a shower but that was the only downside. Very quiet neighborhood and a wonderful retreat. We actually extended our stay because it was so perfect.
I echo all of the other positive reviews! Frank’s bungalow is a great place to relax, enjoy a quiet, comfortable sleep, cook some easy meals, and take convenient walks into charming downtown Petaluma. We came to visit our daughter who lives 2 blocks away and so we were doubly grateful for the location. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning next week!
Greatly enjoyed our short stay at this lovely property. Small but highly efficient in an amazing location. I wouldn’t call it a bungalow as it’s attached to the house but there were no issues with that. Appreciated the nice touches — wine, water, coffee, Frank left for us. Definitely want to return!
Our host Frank did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable from the start. He even surprised us with unexpected welcoming goodies. The property turned out to be everything we hoped for, with plenty of on-street parking. Further, it was great sleeping as the neighborhood was very quiet and serene(no barking dogs).
This modest bungalow is ideally within walking distance of local Petaluma restaurants, parks, and shopping. It is located in a charming older neighborhood with many beautifully kept homes. We felt the location was ideal for visiting Bodega Bay, Sonoma, and Napa wineries. Our favorite was McEvoy Olive Ranch, which is located outside the city of Petaluma! Marcia & Grayson 10/2023
This was a very cozy, extremely clean and likely recently updated unit attached to a larger house. My wife and I stayed for three nights while we were doing some wine tasting in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the revitalized waterfront district of Petaluma. We walked there and back on one occasion and it was not difficult. Frank was an excellent host and asked us several times if there was anything else that we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
Unit was very bright with a lot of windows, ceiling fans and AC for comfort in the warm weather. We stayed for 1 week to visit our granddaughter and family. Location was close to most everything. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is on the street, but worked out. Host was very responsive, as we needed a bath mat for slippery tub, he immediately went out and got one for us. He also left us a lovely bottle of wine and nuts at check in!
My husband and I stayed at Franks’s adorable place while we visited our daughter and grandchildren. The location was perfect for us, as it was a straight shot to their new home on the US Coast Guard base. Although attached to the owner’s home, it’s very private and spacious. It’s also very clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Frank even left a special note and a nice bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very special touch. Highly recommend this little gem, and we will stay again in a heartbeat when we return for a visit! Thank you!

Frank was very responsive and friendly! The place is cute and clean and everything is labeled. There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached.
Frank is a thoughtful host and an excellent communicator. The location is very peaceful, close to hiking and wildlife. The food in the area is very good.

Such a great location and cozy place to stay. So glad I stayed here instead of a hotel. Lots of amazing extra little touches that made it a truly great stay.
