"We were driving from KL to JB but the time was getting late. So at the last minute we decided to stop for a night in Seremban. It turned out to be a comfortable stay with a big room and a huge toilet. Unfortunately, the shower and toilet bowl were not separated despite the good size. "
"The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges.

"It was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

" We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist.
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "

"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
