This airy, ground-floor apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the shores of Lake Garda. The studio apartment sleeps 2 people and is an ideal base for a couple who want a relaxing holiday and to explore this beautiful part of Italy.

The spacious living area includes a sofa, which converts into a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table for 4 people. Double glass doors open onto a pretty private balcony, with a café-style table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of wine al fresco. Back indoors, the kitchenette, just off the dining area, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Bathroom:
The attractively tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the historic heart of Peschiera del Garda. This charming town, built around the Mincio River, is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda. It has Roman ruins; a 15th Century fort, which is a UNESCO heritage site; elegant bridges; canals, harbours and palaces, as well as beaches along the lake shore. The town is easily explored on foot.

There are multiple bicycle rental shops as the area has many scenic cycle paths, including one out into the Mincio Natural Park, along the river valley.

For self-catering, Monday is market day in Via Campo Sportivo. Here you can find the best local produce. Otherwise there are supermarkets just 3 minutes’ drive from the apartment.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland 8 minute drive and Moviland, 13 minutes away by car).

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car. Visitors can also arrive by train, directly from Milan.
