In the heart of Peschiera del Garda, inside the elegant Residence La Perla, is this splendid apartment featuring a large terrace with a lake view, perfect for relaxing, dining al fresco and enjoying the beauty of Garda at any time of day. The lake is within easy walking distance in just two minutes, as is the town center, with all its restaurants, stores and attractions at your fingertips.



The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower. The second bathroom, modern and well finished, has a bathtub: both include hairdryers and everything you need for your stay.



The living area is bright and cozy, with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and direct access to the beautiful lake-view terrace, furnished with a dining table and an outdoor seating area.
