"When I walked in the gentleman at the desk was super gracious and helpful. They treated me to a snack and a drink and took my bag up to my room as well as parking my car. It was the best greeting experience I have had at any hotel! It was a little difficult to get my navigation in my car to get me to the correct place. That is the fault of Google Maps and not the hotel but regardless it was a little challenging to navigate to the hotel."
