It was a relaxing holiday
We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location
Our 2nd visit to Limonia and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks to the owner for great communication before and during our stay. We just love how peaceful the area is, even in the middle of August. The views from the terrace are just wonderful. I enjoyed a number of books from the bookshelf this time and added those I took with me. Washing machine and dish washer are a great help. Pool and table tennis loved by our teenage sons. We used the BBQ this time which was brilliant. The villa feels like a home from home in a spectacular location. We can’t wait to return again .

Perfect Family Holiday
Limonia is a delightful, clean and well equipped Villa with a new washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen equipment and a beautifully clean pool close to the beach, beach bars and swanky Restaurant with excellent food. This Villa was suitable even for our 2 year old grandson, as the terrace is fenced off to the pool. A car is essential as there are no shops within walking distance. It’s situated within a quiet residential area where people permanently live. (Except one night when the neighbour had a one off party until 2 AM) We had an issue with the pool, but this was immediately sorted via property manager/owner/pool guys. Communication before and during our stay with the owner was faultless. We would certainly consider this villa again when we visit Cyprus again. Everybody in our family was very impressed and had a great time at Limonia.

We loved it!
We had an excellent stay, perfect for us. Villa spotless, comfortable, well equipped and Marina, the host, was so so helpful from the time we booked. As it was May we decided to have the pool heated as we had 5 children with us, one of whom was a baby - best decision we made. The children were in the pool most of the day! Would highly recommend this villa and there’s a fabulous restaurant just yards away overlooking the sea. Also two beach bars on the beach which is at the bottom of the garden!

Stunning property in a stunning location
Really happy with the property and our stay; location is basically on the beach and the five mins walk to an excellent restaurant is exactly what we wanted. The town itself was very quiet on our visit in early April, but Larnaca is ten mins drive and seemed fully open if a bit more hustle and bustle is required. Marina, the host, Was always available if required but everything is taken care of before you arrive and the whole process is hassle free

Family villa
Very good family villa in an ideal location for beach. The pool area was also great for kids and adults. There is one good restaurant within a short walk and a couple of beach snack bars within walking otherwise the other amenities are a short drive away

Lovely family villa
The villa was lovely. The pool was excellent and very close proximity to the beach. Lots of space both inside and out. Quiet resort but a great place to be able to relax with the family. Would definitely recommend renting a car as supermarkets/shops are not in walking distance.

The most perfect location
When you walk out of the lounge area through the doors and see the view...its just breathtaking!! A large property with ample space and amenities...perfect for the 10 of us. Wonderful location, stunning pool...it was our 2nd visit and it will most definitely not be our last!! Great dialogue with the owner when needed....respectful management staff who attended for pool maintenence and gardening Just perfect!

Peaceful, relaxing, perfect first trip post pandemic!
Great communication from owner pre visit which is so reassuring. The villa is well kept and in a quiet seafront residential area. Easy to find and close to Larnaca airport, which is great after a late night flight, also you pass a 24 hour sho on the way to the villa so picking up a few essentials was easy. The sea view is stunning, especially as the garden is so nice with palms, grass and pool to look over as you look out to sea. There is a public walkway (extremely well kept, gym equipment, seating, access to the beach, sculptures) at the bottom of the garden, during the day very few people pass by but the early evening dog walkers and joggers/walkers sometimes made us feel a bit “on show” but to build a fence would ruin the sea view so it’s a short lived “lack of privacy “ but something we were conscious of at times..Travelling in June was a treat as most days there were only a handful of people on the beach (more at weekends but far from crowded). Beach is clean and sea beautifully clear first thing in the morning. The sunrise is a daily spectacle to watch from the villa too. There are a couple of beach bars (getting geared up for the main summer season, we didn’t try them but there are sun beds and umbrellas readily available) the most local taverna was being refurbished whilst we were there but looks fabulous and like it will be opening soon. We had fabulous meals at Pyrgos taverna in nearby Kiti but villa also well equipped for self catering so we also cooked a few meals too. Didn’t use the BBQ despite planning to but everything is there for the BBQ. Car is required at the villa but everywhere is easy to find and lots of things to do. Our teenagers loved Waterworld (and the Wifi in the villa!) but our trip was based on attending a family wedding in Limassol and we did lots of catching up with our Cypriot family across Cyprus and the villa was ideally placed as a base for us to do that. Pool is kept clean and checked twice a week and was enjoyed by us all. Mosquito’s were a nuisance for one of our party so need to keep that in mind. Washing machine and dishwasher are a great help. Loved coming home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Felt like a home from home and we most definitely will be booking to stay at Limonia again in the future. Looking forward to it already!

Lovely views
We had never been to this side of Larnaka before so it was a new experience for us.. The views were amazing, quiet and peaceful just what we wanted. Not far from Larnaka, an easy drive to the shops ecetra.. A great area to windsurf as the wind comes up most days.

A little bit of paradise
This was our third stay at Limonia and hopefully we will return again. The location is perfect for those who want total relaxation during a holiday and no bright lights or noise. If you enjoy rising early to see a perfect sunrise, then this is your spot. The five bedrooms means family can spread out and a total of 5 showers including the outdoor one means there's never a queue. The pool is fantastic - large enough for proper swimming and both the children with us gained a lot of water confidence (2 and 3 year olds).

Very smooth process despite the covid nonsense that you have to endure to actually get there. Villa was lovely and big and well appointed. Very good value for the price and the small issues we had (fuse gone on dishwasher) were very swiftly remedied by the management company. The pool was very nice and the location was great. Would definitely return

Great villa!
We really enjoyed the villa, especially the view and proximity to the ocean. Comfortable rooms. Easy and helpful communication with the owner. Quiet location is 10min drive from supermarkets etc. We enjoyed using the pool, table tennis and Bbq. Overall a great spot for relaxing with family.

Such a lovely villa

Lovely villa in Peaceful location
We had a great family week at Limonia. Having the pool heated meant hours of fun for the children from early morning till evening. The location was very quiet and with a view from pool area of the sea at the end of the garden was a bonus. Villa was spotless and well equipment for all ten of us, with new sun loungers and outside seating as well. Would happily stay again. Thanks Marina for all you help and advice re local eateries.

A little bit of paradise
We visit Cyprus typically once a year and usually stay in hotels, but this year there was a large group of us so we decided to stay in a villa. I found Limonia Villa online and booked it shortly after, and I can honestly say it was the best holiday we’ve had in Cyprus. The villa is in a quiet location right on the beach, and is very well equipped with everything you need; all the rooms are spacious and nicely air conditioned. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with a large pool that is lovely and clean. (The best thing was after the long flight we were greeted to fresh milk with tea and coffee!) I must recommend a tavern in Perivolia called ‘Pygros’ - the food is delicious and the staff can’t do enough for you! Stephen, the villa manager, is a real gem. He is very knowledgeable on where to go and what to see, and he was always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Overall; this was a relaxing holiday in beautiful Cyprus we hope to return to Villa Limonia next year!

Fantastic location. Fabulous Villa
Have just spent 11 nights at Limonia Villa and it was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the Cypriot sun. The villa is right next to the promenade from there you can get to the beach via a flight of steps. The beach is never busy and the sea crystal clear. The beach is not all sand, with some pebbles and shale forming a line where you access the sea, only a couple of feet wide though so not a problem to walk over. Beach was lovely and quiet, mainly used by locals, especially at the weekend. There is only one restaurant within walking distance, The Lighthouse, which was OK but nothing special. Many more to pick from in the nearby villages of Pervolia and Kiti, The Landmark in Kiti and Pygros in Pervolia (friendliest staff ever here) are definitely worth a visit but you will need a car. There are several supermarkets in Parvolia and Kiti, including a large Lidl but again will need a car to get your supplies. The villa itself is in a fab location and served our family group of 9 very well. We made good use of the pool and it is a lovely spot to while away the hours relaxing. Can't fault anything about it. Kitchen very well equipped, bath and beach towels provided in abundance, lacking nothing. Only thing i would say is a few things need replacing, the sun loungers around the pool are very brittle from being in the sun and the garden path to the promenade needs repairing and a new gate installing. Stephen the villa manager was great, came and cleaned the pool several times for us and even took us to the the village Dr when my husband developed an ear infection - went above and beyond, thank you. Overall is fab holiday in a lovely quiet location.

Everything was as promised. the house is beautiful, in good condition, and very well-equipped. The property manager was very helpful. it is very quiet and well-located. it is close to the airport but there is no significant airport noise. we would be happy to return.

Spacious, clean, excellent provision and great value for money.
Great position and facilities for a quiet week in the sun. We shared our holiday as a group of 2 families and there was ample space for us all to relax and spread out. Pool is fantastic and worth having it heated for early morning and evening swimming. We almost exclusively self catered and found everything we needed to cater for a big party. Such a relaxing place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay...again!
This is our second stay at Limonia, and I can't say anything bad about the place. 10 minutes drive from the airport, easy to find. We spent 2 weeks relaxing by the pool, beach and BBQ. There are 2 decent restaurants within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking and some great ones a little further away (10 min drive) at Mackenzie beach. The house itself is spacious and beautiful, it has all he things you would expect; good internet, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, tv, stereo however you won't spend that much time inside. The lure of the pool and beach is too strong and will keep you outside all day. If you are after a quiet, and relaxing holiday I can't recommend this house enough. We will be back.

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Pool
Wir waren im Oktober 2022 für 9 Tage mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem wir viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht haben. Durch die Poolheizung war das Wasser auch im Herbst angenehm warm. Die Villa war sehr sauber, der Check-in verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsseltresor. Fussläufig war nur ein Restaurant zu erreichen, dass auch im Herbst noch geöffnet hatte, ein Auto wird hier unbedingt benötigt. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Leider ist die Villa 2023 deutlich teurer geworden, sonst wären wir gern nochmal wieder gekommen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf dem Anwesen sehr genossen. Alles war so angenehm wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Die Kinder haben den Pool und den Garten permanent genutzt. Auch die Erwachsenen hatten ihre Freude daran. Da wir im Frühling dort waren, waren die Temperaturen zu jeder Tageszeit angenehm. Bei Fragen war Marina sofort erreichbar. Hilfe wurde unverzüglich und unkompliziert gewährt. Aus meiner Sicht hat sich der Urlaub sehr gelohnt. Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden.

Das Haus ist eigentlich in Ordnung.Anfangs funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich und die Betreuungsfirma war sehr unfreundlich.Konnte aber das Problem beheben.Leider gibt es im Umkreis keinen Laden wo man schnell eine Kleinigkeit kaufen kann,außer man geht freiwillig bei 34 Grad 1stunde zum einkaufen.Sonst ist das Objekt in Ordnung

We do recommend to our guests that they hire a car to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus - we do hope that you were able to take that opportunity. Unfortunately sometimes small maintenance issues like this do occur in any building and we always do our best to resolve them as soon as possible. Vi stormtrivdes i huset och njöt av poolen och den vackra miljön. Bra restaurang bara 5 minuter bort. Marina var verkligen trevlig och hjälpsam. Extra tack till taxi George och hans trevliga fru. Vi hyrde bil vilket var nödvändigt då det ligger lite långt från supermarkets men även för att kunna göra utflykter och se mer av Cypern. Vi stormtrivdes och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Mooie grote woning zeker voor onze familie van 9 personen!
Mooie grote woning, wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen van 6, bijna 4 en bijna 11 maanden! Voor iedereen was er een eigen slaapkamer met badkamer! Ruime woonkamer met voldoende zit ruimte. Keuken ook prima, voldoende borden, pannen, bestek ect, met vaatwasser en wasmachine! Ook buiten voldoende ruimte om met z'n allen te zitten, zwembad prima, zeker voor de kinderen die hier heel erg veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt! Er was ook een barbecue, waar we ook veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt! Huis was netjes! Strand op loopafstand, vanuit huis prachtig uitzicht over zee. Om het eiland te bekijken of om boodschapjes te doen was wel een auto nodig, maar vonden wij geen probleem. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad met veel zon, dus heel veel buiten geweest!

Goede bedden en mooie plek. Helaas was het huis niet heel schoon, bijvoorbeeld zand op de vloeren en haren op de kussens buiten. Ook de bedden bij het zwembad en de lounge set zijn aan vervanging toe. Goede communicatie met zowel de eigenaar als de man ter plaatse.
