"We enjoyed the stay at the JW Marriott Cusco. The room was perfectly sized, and we really appreciated the in-room oxygen enrichment system, plus oxygen masks on demand, which was a lifesaver for the altitude. The staff across all departments were incredibly welcoming and proactive in offering assistance. Highly recommended!!!"

"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."
