Excellent bed & breakfast in the Perugian hills of the Umbria region. Visiting in November, when it is getting colder (daytime 20C) was amazing. Also not many other tourists. The views are spectacular, it is quiet and up in the hills, yet there is a bus stop at the end of the street 400m away. Our host Benedetto is an amazing fountain of knowledge and can provide information about activities and restaurants. His wife bakes the cake for breakfast and its wonderful. Room is huge, clean and well constructed. Natural light and artificial light, heating, blankets and everything you need is in the room. This review looks glowing but as someone who has travelled Italian hotels and B&B's from Australia for 9 years. This has been my best host, room and stay.

Superbe endroit plein de charme. Propreté exceptionnelle sans parler des merveilleux gâteaux et tortes de Gloria différents à tous les jours. Benedetto et Gloria nous font sentir comme à la maison. Notre séjour chez eux a été de 6 nuits et c’est une bonne localisation pour explorer l’Ombrie qui nous a grandement plu. Petit plus pour nous sont les conseils de visites que Benedetto nous a suggéré et qui étaient hors des sentiers touristiques. Hébergement que nous recommandons fortement. Lise et Rémi du Canada
