Quiet and comfortable, good location

Refurbished large rooms, with extremely comfortable bed, air con worked well. Cutlery available for meals. Chinese restaurant close by but meals in the tavern were great. Shower rain head was a bit of luxury. Staff were kind and helpful.

Overnight Perth Trip

Hotel is in a convenient location, always clean and tidy, easy parking and the food from the restaurant is always amazing. We decided on room service this time and it was quickly delivered and yum! Customer service is great also.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and soft and there were tea and coffee facilities and a bar fridge with cold water. The tavern served a lovely meal and there were also other close buy resturants and shopping center within a walkable distance.

The room was spotlessly clean,the decor was bright and pleasant.The bathroom and fixtures were modern,I enjoyed a good hot shower and the warm soft bed although the room wasn’t spacious it ticked all the boxes for me

I liked the room, it was comfy, clean and offered 2 complementary bottles of water. What I didn't like was the door had been left "dead locked" by the cleaners so my access card couldn't open the door and it took 2 visits to reception and 30 minutes to sort this out.

2 stars, Not terrible, but not great

The good Location is great, close to shops and where i had to do business. Got drink vouchers on arrival which was nice. The bad Cleaners were bit lack luster and not sure why they even bothered to go in the room only to empty a bin(only thing that was different upon my return). No refills of toiletries or otherwise. Walls are very thin so sleep isn't great when neighbours are up most the night.

The bed in the room that we had was really uncomfortable every other time we have stayed in the other rooms the beds have been fantastic Also the lights outside your room made it hard for sleeping as it was too bright even with the blinds closed Other than that we have always enjoyed staying here
