We stayed in holiday inn west perth from 12th August midnight until 15th august 2023. We had booked the hotel room from hotels.com. In hotels.com, it was clearly mentioned that full breakfast was included. Even after we reached the hotel and during breakfast, we asked around 2-3 representatives at the restaurant about any policy of the breakfast, but they mentioned continental breakfast is unlimited but hot breakfast is limited to 1 hot breakfast per person, but during the time of checkout, another representative mentioned some other breakfast policy which was never mentioned by anyone, not even on their website nor even by the staff at the restaurant.There should be Clear Policy on What is included in the Breakfast and what is not. Don’t make a last minute surprise by making rubbish claim that you have taken this in the breakfast so this is chargeable, you make things either clear from your side or from the Food partner on what is covered and what is chargeable. From the Hotel like yours, this frivolous last minute claim doesn’t suits your image. It just like how cheap tactics JetStar uses to earn legal ransom money by harassing their own customers which make sure that they do not return to them ever again !!
