"We didn't much like the distance from 118 but that is what it is. Otherwise, we liked it a lot. The trail and chairs outside were an unexpected pleasure. The deck and speakers were great. This time of year worked out very well since so many cactus species were blooming. The cabin was very comfortable. We had a couple issues with maintenance and one of them was fixed a couple days in. "The house is advertised. Remote for great star viewing, clean, owner responsive, etc. Our 7 and 10 year olds loved looking at all the stars each evening. Also, the road in and out wasn't bad. There are lots of roads similar throughout Terlingua and Big Bend. Our mini van was fine for this. Great visit."
