"Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover."

"My room was a Standard Room and in the “Courtyard” which is a walk along the side of the main property (no umbrella supplied if raining) and not so suitable for a single lady traveller if arriving back late at night. Bed was very comfortable and the first night I slept well, the second evening was noisy as it appears the room was next to a bottle bank. I was then woken at 06.15 by a “delivery” being made. I did mention the above to Reception but was sadly told “you booked a standard room” so I guess this means if you don’t book the higher level rooms, you’re not entitled to a good nights sleep. This disappoints me greatly. I also attempted to move to another room on arrival due to the out lying room but was told there were none available, I’m guessing due to the price point I entered with. The food was excellent, and the waiting staff good. The cleanliness in my room and bathroom was good too."

"Fantastic property surrounded by beautiful gardens leading down to the riverside - so peaceful! Multi-generational party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay (grandchildren permitting!). Hot tub was an added bonus and everyone enjoyed it as the sun went down. Couldn't have wished for a lovelier setting to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding villages and castles. We saw a deer in the adjacent garden and just listening to the birds and wildlife in the gardens was an absolute pleasure! Beth was extremely helpful and we were all well looked after. Sudeley Castle and Winchcombe is a must to visit as is The Bridge Inn & Ferry, Evesham - highly recommended."

"Spent two nights at The Chequers and was very happy with my choice of accomodation. Very helpful staff when checking in and arranging breakfast for the following morning which was excellent. Ate in the restaurant area on my second evening and the meal was superb, good sized portions and very nicely cooked. My room was very comfortable and quiet with all facilities working well. In summary a great find and will stay again."

"Broad Iron Cottage beautiful well maintained cottage. Very comfortable. Location was peaceful and lot of walking paths nearby. The welcome pack was very useful as we were able to enjoy a cup of tea on arrival. Closest supermarket is Aldi which is about 20 mins away. We can recommend this cottage to anyone"
