The check-in process was easy as well as the check out. We were very impressed with the property location and easy of access to Memphis attractions. We will plan on renting the same property for our visit next year if it is available. We have rented multiple properties over the years and this was the best one we have rented. "We enjoyed staying here and ended up extending our stay for the unit next door. The host was very communicative and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues that came up. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning had some issues staying cool in the daytime but the temps outside were reaching record highs during our stay so that’s not out of the norm. Pictures were totally accurate and we also liked that there was parking space in the back as well as a driveway on each side. We felt safe the entire time during our stay and never had any issues with the guests Nextdoor, all in all it was a very nice quiet stay for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again in the future! "
