"Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. We also experienced the smell of marijuana heavily in our room after being gone all day. The staff handled this very poorly. I just feel like if I pay my hard earned money that my concerns should be addressed properly. It wasn’t til checkout that the host that was originally there at check in assured me that I wouldn’t get an extra charge and apologized. Honestly I would never book this hotel again. The area was really convenient but I’d rather travel a little further that have to deal with attitudes."

"We stayed in an interior room which had a balcony that overlooked the store. The balcony had rocking chairs and table with 4 chairs. We loved eating and drinking there. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower plus large tub. We were on the 3rd floor which has a bar, sitting area with games and an outdoor terrace to sit by a fire and make s'mores. "

"It was a really nice place. Well described and pictures looked as described. Everything was easily accessible. The hosts had regular communication making sure we were happy and comfortable. They also gave many good recommendations on where to eat and entertain. "

"T.V. didn't work so they moved us to another room and the heat didn't work at all. Toliet in both rooms shook every time you sat down, mini fridge in both rooms wasnt secured onto the floor and it would slide every time I you opened it. No towels in either room or extra toliet paper. Bathroom smelled like smoke. And they asked for a $50 deposit for the night and it had to be cash ,would not accept a credit card. They didn't mention a deposit when i booked the room, but the desk clerk waived the deposit since it was only for 1 night. No full breakfast buffet as advertised instead a small selection of cold cereal, juice and coffee. Wouldn't recommend this place. "

"Host communication was awesome. Check-in simple via door code. Home was beautiful. Space was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were cozy. Nice space in yard with comfortable lawn chairs and fire pit for visiting. Location: Safe area and nice neighborhood. 10-20 min from St.Jude’s (purpose of visit), Memphis Zoo, waterfront, historic area; Lorraine Motel and Civil Rights Museum and many other sites. We enjoyed our stay and would/will book again for future trips. No complaints whatsoever!! "

"This is a spacious home that is very conveniently located to downtown Memphis. There is a television in one of the three bedrooms, and a television located in the living room. All of the amenities are there for a comfortable stay. Parking is available in the front of the home and the garage was also made available.The host was very responsive. I would consider this location again."

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing and each morning began with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out for family to gather, eat and relax. The host was responsive to every inquiry. We would highly recommend this property and host. "
