"Great room. Home away from home"

"They need to trim the trees that hang over some of the parking spaces. I had to park under one and it was scraping the top of my SUV. Other then that, everything was very nice. It's a very convenient location to my daughter's college. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels. I have stayed 3 times so far and plan on staying again when I visit Springfield. The staff is always very polite and helpful. "

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Ease of check in and out. Fresh coffee available in lobby. Snacks and cold items avaliable if needed. I liked that hand sanitizer was placed in various areas, including inside the elevator. Did have a little trouble keeping the A/C from turning off, had to lower the temp a few times to keep it running, couldn't turn on just fan. Otherwise, very comfortable bed and even the pillows were comfortable which hotel pillows usually aren't it seems. Location near Bass Pro was nice also. "

"I have not even made it to the pool yet and this place is excellent. The room was very clean exceptionally clean and the staff was so polite and very clear on communication to help me find my room. I am very pleased and right now. I am enjoying my stay stretched out on this comfortable bed.!!!!! thank you so much expedia.com for hooking me up with a good room for cheap. I got it at almost a3 of the price Springfield does have it going on"
