I have stayed here over 1/2 dozen times at least. I paid more this time than I ever had, but the property wasn't in near the shape it used to be in. The screened porch is no longer screened. The washer and dryer were filthy. When you pay a cleaning fee on an empty lot, I expect the few things there to be clean. Was very disappointed this time!!

Lot #1
Second time staying on this site, Lot1 is great but there is a Lot 2 that we didn't even realize until another family showed up and thought they were renting Lot 1 as well. Lot 1 has the concrete pad and is covered, Lot 2 is gravel and open. Other family was upset as all the pics only show Lot1 and they ended up leaving. If they had stayed would have been tight quarters as Lot 2 right beside Lot 1. Also they had a 24ft pontoon and we had a 20ft deck boat and the dock is about 25-30ft wide. Great place to stay is you get lot 1 and nobody is renting lot 2. Otherwise you are gonna be crammed together.

Great location on the canal.
Everything was nice. Only issue was the screened in porch has some of the screens torn loose. Will be a problem with the summer bugs of Florida.

We had a great week of fishing and relaxation.
The lot is in a great location on the deep water canal leading out of the Keaton Beach marina. There’s a wooden dock with a screened house overlooking the water and also a boat dock, we were able to leave the boat in the water for the whole week which made it real nice. The owner is very nice and easy to work with and we plan on coming back next year for two weeks.

It's a nice spot
You can stay in your own home. I like that. The spot is for 2 rv's which I did t see in the ad. But even withthat it's a nice place to stay if you want to bring your camper. You can leave your boat in the water. We will stay again. Thanks
