fully equipped studio for 2 people, full sea view 100 meters from the large Trestraou beach, restaurants, cinema and 15 minutes' walk from Perros Guirec town center.
Quiet residence, the studio is approximately 20 m2 with a beautiful terrace where you can take your meals or take a nap in the sun.
Parking in the residence.

Magnifique séjour dans un bel appartement petit mais très fonctionnel et il ne manquait absolument rien
Balades à pied et à vélo pour visiter la côte de granit rose. Même 2 après-midi plage malgré une météo capricieuse. Seul petit bémol, la terrasse n'est plus au soleil à partir de 16h mais ça reste un petit détail

Séjour très agréable dans le studio d'Isabelle. Le logement est très propre et très bien situé sur les hauteurs de la plage de Trestraou. Un escalier longe la résidence pour descendre à la plage. Isabelle nous accueille avec le sourire et une bouteille de cidre Breton dans le réfrigérateur. Le studio est petit mais très bien agencé et équipé, il ne manque rien. Le studio est face à la mer

Studio décoré avec gout et très bien situé
Nous avons été très contents du studio. Il est décoré avec gout et rien ne manque (il y a même une petite enceinte Bluetooth très pratique). Quant à son emplacement, on a une magnifique vue sur Perros-Guirec et sur sa plage de Trestraou, plage qu'on rejoint juste en descendant un petit escalier. Difficile de faire plus proche.

Un très agréable séjour à Perros Guirec
Logement idéalement placé proche de la plage et de l'embarcadère pour les 7 îles et l'île de brehat. Studio très fonctionnel. Tout est neuf et de qualité. Très calme.
