- Varenna Wonders is a beautiful two floors detached Villa situated in Perledo, walking distance to the center of the town and walking distance to Varenna and the Lake. The Villa has the most spectacular view and a beautiful huge garden, a private car garage for 2 cars and extra parking space inside the property for 3 more cars. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 13 guests on 2 floors. The inside space is about 400 square meters and the space outside is about 2000 square meters, all fenced around, with 2 different entrances from the streets and very private. There are 2 terraces, a solarium, a wine cellar, greenhouses, a barbecue area, a jacuzzi in the master bathroom ..
