"We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee. I could barely taste any espresso at all. I even went back and asked for extra shots, but while the barista was making them, I noticed the espresso coming from the machine looked very pale — almost like watered-down coffee mixed with milk. After adding the extra shots, my drink still tasted the same. In the end, I poured it out and just drank the complimentary hotel coffee instead. It was disappointing to waste nearly $10 on a drink that didn’t taste like coffee at all. Aside from the Starbucks experience, our hotel stay itself was excellent, and we truly enjoyed how clean and comfortable everything was."

"You can tell they don’t check the rooms and the things in them to ensure things are ready for guests use. When I arrived I was ready to unpack and go have fun when the safe had to be repaired and I had to be in the room, the lightbulb next to the bed was out and when I called housekeeping for fresh towels and a clean bed sheet, the lady was over talking me about how they don’t do daily housekeeping until the 3rd day of stay. I was pissed. I saw 2 male employees in the hallway that had a laundry cart and he volunteered to come change the entire bed linen and made the bed. I made sure to tip him."
