So far I have recommended this hotel to two of my friends who will be traveling in the coming months. They are going to open up their restaurant next month. "It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "

"Beautiful Stay A Beautiful view with our balcony. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel. Delicious food and the chef is very attentive to your needs as we don’t eat very spicy. Buffet breakfast had everything you could want. A must visit. Staff that were super nice ! Jithin,tiger,anil - chef Also Tijo who was super helpful !! So many other names I don’t remember all but all soo nice Note: it does get chilly/cold at night so please bring sweater or jacket and pants as we are high in the mountains. Also they provide tours with a cost Ofcourse"

"Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day."
