"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Markezinis, George at receiption could not have been more helpful! Great recommendations on things to do and places to go, helped us with ATV rental and transfers to and from the airport. The hotel was cleaned to a great standard every day and the pool area was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santorini who wants to be close to the beach and only a short drive from the main cities."

"We had an amazing stay here. We booked only the day before travel. With a quick email we had a transfer arranged for us. The apartments were nice & quiet. Often had the pool to ourselves. The pool was lovely! We were given a map of the island and good information about where to visit. Which was great. The rooms were cleaned every single day with fresh towels, bedding and shower mat. "The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location. The beach was a very short walk away (at the end of the road) and the choice of restaurants / bars, all within a short walk, were great. "I had a really nice stay.The hotel is super clean,the room was spacious.Its a very quiet hotel in a quiet area.Only con is that you really need a car to move around. There is a bus stop close by but it mostly just go to the main town of fira ,not great connections The receptionist is super friendly and helpful.She gave very good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants."

"We are very disappointed in our choice staying in this hotel. It is in a great location but clearly not the best hotel and may be over-rated. We stayed in one of the out buildings that has loft rooms, and there is no place comfortable to sit, the shower did not drain, wifi was poor at best, lighting was bad, and we had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers for phones the first room had no shutter on one window, mold on the wall , and needed paint.
