"This property is located in a great place! Close to restaurants, shopping, and Pier 39. There is a 7-11 right across the street for any necessities that were forgotten to be packed, and the property is handicap-accessible. The staff are super friendly, and there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. They provided plenty of towels, and we loved the shower as well! The only inconvenience was that the rooms do not have a microwave and we did have some leftovers from the fabulous restaurants."

"Hotel was good overall, very busy hotel. Pool was a great addition although not the most heated, public areas were worn out in places such as carpets frayed. Rooms were not sound proof, you could hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast extremely busy at all times. Limited selection for a buffet breakfast."

"The room itself was quite nice and clean but the hallways in the hotel were endless and confusing and the different elevators were not well marked or explained. We kept getting lost in this enormous hotel. The hotel had a super casual city vibe and s’mores were offered upon arrival. The hotel employees did not seem super professional but were friendly enough. The location of the hotel was great for sightseeing. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all. Overall, not my favorite hotel but a decent choice."

"Parking is only self parking. It was not clear to me and with a Tesla, it is just slightly more complicated. Breakfast is extremely busy, some of the staff are very good to replenish but it is hard to keep up. Maybe guest could “ book” a certain time slot to allow better management of tables and food replenishment"
