Maison proche de La Rochelle et à 15/20 minutes en voiture des plages.
Maison de plein pied de120 m2 .Toutes les pièces donnent sur une terrasse et un jardin clos et arboré . Le salon ouvre sur un patio.
La maison est située à Périgny. Petite ville agréable offrant toutes les commodités et des restaurants.
Il y a également un grand parc avec des jeux, un centre sportif, un club de tennis ..
Vous serez proche de tous commerces.( boulangerie, pharmacie., épicerie, maison de la presse ..)
A 5 minutes en voiture ou vélo, vous avez un super U.
Pour profiter des soirées animées ou visiter le port de La Rochelle, il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité (5minutes du port.)

Parfait !

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines à Périgny. Tout est à proximité et nous avons pu profité de La Rochelle sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La location correspond en tout point à la description. Elle est très pratique, joliment décorée et au calme. Marie s'est montrée à la fois discrète et très réactive. Un grand merci à elle. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

idéal pour se reposer

nous avons séjourné dans une maison très agréable, il y a un beau jardin, le quartier est calme. Marie a de délicates attentions (petites boissons à l'arrivée) et elle laisse beaucoup de choses à disposition, pour les amateurs de télévision il y a canal +. Cette maison a un très bon rapport qualité/prix. nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Petit coin de paradis.

Maison très bien située, très agréable! Proche de la mers des commerces. Nous sommes restés 5 jours avec nos enfants de 3 et 6 ans ( balançoires et cabane pour les enfants dans le jardin) Lit fait à notre arrivée, linge de toilette à disposition. Petit rafraîchissent dans le frigidaire à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! La région est magnifique. Et la maison parfaite avec des propriétaires très disponibles et intentionnés!
