"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

The only issue was that the deluxe double room states that it has one bedroom but it is actually a studio room, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and kitchen all in one open space. Would stay again, but room description should be updated."
