"This is a great place to stay in a gated community, close to the beach. Shanna, the owner, quickly responded to any questions I had. There’s even a shuttle that can pick you up at your property for the beach! HIGHLY recommend."

"AC! The thermostat automatically resets itself after two hours back to 75. There was no way to change this setting as it was locked. If a house sleeps 12, there should be seating for that many. As a large family, it was difficult to gather in the evenings to watch a movie/play games. Furniture needs to be updated, beds were extremely uncomfortable. Listing states 3 queens but we're definitely fulls. Overall, our stay was good! There’s definitely room for improvement though."

"Me and my family loved the interior was very bright and Beach stuff everywhere inside made you feel like you was in Florida,very clean and spaces and the location of this condo was absolutely perfect it had everything you needed plus some the owner and the granddaughter were so awesome the communication between us was excellent I could not have asked for a better 6-day stay there is not one single thing I heard anybody complain about, I would stay here again and again"

"This property was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We were a family of 9 that stayed together, 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The place was very spacious. The decor was beautiful and everything we needed was there. The kids spent a lot of time on the pickleball courts. If you don't mind walking the pool and courts aren't too far. Parking at the pool & pickleball courts are very limited and can get crowded pretty quick. Also, the parking across the street at the beach...

"Beautiful home on the water. Saw dolphins and a manatee from the back deck. Great place to bring a boat to tie up on the pier. Our only complaint is that the pier did not have bumpers or padding on the poles to protect our boat from the waves. "
