Boardwalk #2: Pet-Friendly Beachfront + Free Activities

  • Boardwalk is a low-density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with TV's in every bedroom. Parking also on site. Great restaurants and nightlife just minutes away! Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

Nice quiet location. Comfortable. Some older closet doors and deck gates took some navigating, but overall good place to vacation with pup. Shrimp Basket across the street a bonus!

Our stay was faultless. Found,the property tastefully decorated, well maintained, and scrupulously clean. The only drawback was the steps down to the beach. They were tough, but we are seniors. Young folks have no problem.

Location was awesome. Only place I could find that had 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each. No one had to sleep on a bunk bed. Views were beautiful and we could walk straight out to the beach.

The inside was gorgeous, and the beachy feel was awesome. The outside could use a little sprucing up, though. The beach and ocean view was absolutely stunning. That said, the Vrbo listing wasn't as accurate as their website. We didn't realize we weren't renting the whole house. It's split into three units: two downstairs, and the upstairs covers the entire top floor. The two downstairs units share a washer and dryer. Oh, and bring your own shower soaps! Our kids loved the shared toys and games outside. Key Concepts was super communicative. They even answered after hours when I didn't expect them to. There was an issue with an outlet, and they had someone out there super fast. The stay was amazing, just make sure to re-read the description—maybe we missed something—or check their main site before checking in.

Family trip to remember a loved one

This place worked well for us. Our only problem was noise from the people staying above us. The place could use more mirrors - maybe in the bedrooms. Two mirrors - only in the bathrooms - was very difficult for 8 people to get ready.

I did not realise there were 16 steps to climb. My husband doesn’t walk well and it was hard foe him and me actually. My dog got in those sand burs and they were horrible. No good place for him to potty. Away from the sand burs. Then they were in the condo, on the floor…. Oh my goodness. I have been to Perdido several times and this was my first encounter THEM.
