"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit’s cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a used bandaid on the floor and a dead roach in the kitchen upon arrival. Additionally, the provided dishsoap for the kitchen sink was used and only had about 1/3 of the small bottle of soap in it. Additionally, the bedspread on the primary king bed was simply an insert from a duvet cover that did not even cover the entire mattress. While we were pleased with the location and the staff in the lobby was super friendly, the prep for our unit left something to be desired. Also, calling this a “new rental” in the description is a bit misleading."
