Further afield, yet all within a 15 mile drive of the property, is a wide range of places to visit, catering for all tastes, including St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, Mousehole and Penzance.

This stylish reverse-level barn has open-plan living space located on the first floor, making the most of the stunning far-reaching views. The heart of the house, is its distinct lounge area, being perfect for relaxing with Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen area is spacious and sleek, equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a hearty breakfast, a light lunch or three course dinner. Bar style seating in the kitchen makes this a social space as much as a functional one. French doors in the dining area open out onto the balcony with views across to the Scilly Isles, whilst in the cooler months you can cosy up by the wood burner effect gas fire. Heading downstairs, you will find two bedrooms which both benefit from en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is a king-size and with its own Smart TV and a sunroom, a wonderful place to escape with a good book. The second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed along with en suite bathroom, making this a great space for all the family. There's also a utility room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the property has a generous enclosed garden with seating, BBQ and even a pet shower to hose down your dog after a day at the beach.
