Nestled right in the heart of wine country, this private oasis offers plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Take in sweeping lake, city and mountain views all from the reprieve of your own light-filled 3 bed/3 bath home. Only minutes from everything Penticton has to offer — the historic downtown, beaches, markets, great food and endless wineries, breweries and cideries. An electric car (EV) charger is on premise. We have plenty of room to park your vehicles and boat. A boat launch and sandy beach on Okanagan Lake is 6 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are meters away.
