This lovely place is so accessible to wineries, the Kettle Valley trail and all the amenities of Penticton yet the rural location is peaceful and relaxing.
Highly recommend! We were in town for a wedding and had an amazing time. The room was lovely, the property is beautiful, continental breakfast was great, and the location was great. It is close to the wineries, and a short drive (or medium walk) to town.
We had a great stay. The room was amazing and the sun chairs on the vineyard hill were an absolute highlight. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Perfectly located accommodation right near the KVR to easily walk to various wineries, breweries, cideries, and into Penticton. Our room had everything we needed for a peaceful stay, and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. An excellent alternative to renting a hotel room in Penticton, and taxis were a breeze to get back from town if we felt a little lazy.
Beautiful spot on top of the hill looking down on the lake and town. Comfortable rooms with a shared breakfast nook on a small working vineyard. Oh and the best seats to sit and have your breakfast, traf a vook or just waych the world go by.
We had an amazing stay at Munson Mountain Estates! Darielle and Gordon were amazing! The instructions they provided were on point! The Estate was very esthetic! They had an amazing view from the vineyard and it was short drive to the lakside! We will definitely come back to stay!
Beautiful property and easy to access. Continental breakfast is bare bones and could use some extra items.
Room was beautiful but the nooks and crannies were needing some attention.
The owners of the property were very accommodating and friendly. They txt us the day before to let inform us that they will greet us on the driveway.

We have enjoyed the spacious and cosy room with ensuite bathroom and outside terrace. You will meet the owners by accident only. Breakfast is help yourself, consisting on fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt and bread with jam. Was absoltly sufficient for us.
Great B&B. Very comfortable and owner was prompt with text messages and good info for checking in and what not. Very convenient location to Penticton and all the wineries in the area. Great views. Super clean room. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast was bare bones continental. Saw owner and their family in the distance, but never had the chance to interact as we were quite busy. Would highly recommend and stay again next time.
Lovely place to stay with very friendly hosts. A bit out of town if that’s what you’re after, but very manageable if you’re happy to walk. We walked to town in 50mins down the Kettle Valley trail which was an easy pedestrian/bike only route. Vineyards and brewery within walking distance to the hotel. Hotel has a lovely lookout at the top of their vineyard which we enjoyed with a beer we picked up in town.
The hosts were friendly and very helpful, particularly when our car wouldn’t start and jump started us in no time!
Either hotels.com can let me rate this 11/10 or im going to have to downgrade some previous ratings.
This place is a gem, really happy we booked here and fully recommend it!
The property is outstanding, the location is great, and lovely host family (and cat, Nancy).
We really enjoyed the complimentary items - lovely soaps/bike access/breakfast.
The room was huge! And comfiest bed we had on our trip.
There was nothing negative about our experience (except we didnt stay longer). In fact it was above and beyond what we was expecting.
We will definitely come back next time were in the area!
We received a text with all the access codes to gate and our room. Very complete directions. Easy access, but not ADA as the description points out. Owners always stopped to say hi if they saw us outside. Very quiet. Short hike up to Munson Mountain, but we used the road access to the park (1/4 mile away), then took the mostly paved trails. Great views of the city and lake. Lots of wineries to explore and wines to taste. We WILL stay here again on our next Penticton trip. Thanks to all who made the visit special for our anniversary!

The property had absolutely beautiful grounds, and the area it it's situated in is lovely.
I rented a two bedroom cabin/cottage for my daughter and me. Unfortunately, unknown to us the second bedroom was in the basement so my daughter had to sleep downstairs. I have had recent back trouble and couldn’t do the stairs well, especially in the middle of the night. My daughter is afraid of bugs and there was a problem with beetles showing up in her room daily. I had to make my way downstairs daily to get rid of them which didn’t help my back. To make matters worse there’s an incline down to the cottage we were in and the parking we were assigned was taken over on our second day by someone else. We left a day early.
A nice quiet (except for the rooster!) location among the vineyards. Large room with a large bathroom. Finding the place can be tricky as there are no signs on the road and the numbers of the address were obscured by leaves. It’s the only B&B we’ve ever been where the hosts don’t greet you or say farewell. You get a text with a code to get in the gate and another code to get in your unit…no host may appear. The breakfast room is small, attached to the main house and offers basic items like cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. We found eating in our room was an issue as there was only a small, half-moon-shaped table attached to the wall with two large bar stools; not the most comfortable for eating. The room was large enough for an actual table and chairs. Also, the room fridge is tiny and could fit only a few things. With no restaurants nearby, if you want to bring some food back to the room to eat you have very little space to store it. There is a microwave, but only in the breakfast room and we were not sure the hours the room was open. The Wifi was very spotty. We did run into a couple of the hosts and they were very nice and helpful.
I can only speak to the “Munsonview” room condition and if the others are anything like this one it was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The complementary breakfast was abundantly supplied and the grounds were beautiful. Everyone I encountered was kind and my son made a friends with the owners 2 boys. It’s a terrific location to drive or bike to the main beach from. A great stay! Would love to go back.
Family run cottages on a vineyard with stunning views, a superb breakfast and best of all, tucked away from the world on a beautiful piece of property.
