Perfect location and property

We usually don't expect much and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the place was. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hard to find a place with 2 bedrooms that meets more than our expectations.Thank you for Janet for checking in on us too.

Bright, clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible to downtown and the beaches. Had all the equipment we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing rental. It is extremely well kept and very clean. It has everything you need.

Janet and Marc are fantastic landlords. The property is lovely. The front view is exceptional, with a park across the street and a super view down the canyon. The neighbours are all very friendly. There are walking trails close by. Lots of nature! We enjoyed nightly drives down the canyon to see many deer eating the grass and lounging in people yards. We highly recommend this property as a vacation rental. You will enjoy it!

Very comfortable and well equipped suite

Our stay at this basement suite was excellent. Unit has a well equipped kitchen with a outside bbq and the queen size beds were very comfortable Covered veranda was great to sit out on to enjoy the evening sunsets and bbq that evening meal. Building construction happening in the area but was always quiet around 4pm. Janet was very accommodating when we had questions. Unit is new and very clean would gladly stay again if we are back in the area.

9/10. Fantastic stay for our GranFondo experience!. Clean, hosts were great! (9/10 because if I had my druthers might be closer into town so our teens could walk into town as opposed to be driven in.. but we would have to have paid more for accomodations. )

Brand new and super nice!

My mom and I were there for a funeral. Stayed 3 nights. Found it to be very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Gorgeous mountain views.

This was a very pleasant place to stay on our Penticton holiday. Clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had little extras that was a nice touch, including a great selection of books to read. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, large closets, washer and dryer. Easy street parking and a nice patio to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Lovely Hosts.
