"Room was not clean, dishes in kitchenette we had to re wash, floors were not vacuumed or washed, we had to wear our shoes. "

"The stairs are scary, the room was dirty, no shampoo, over priced, they advertise $20 a night for pet but charge you $25. The staff was the cherry on top she was rude and had major attitude towards us. We are not happy at all for what we paid for. I'm almost tempted to call the city and tell them how poor they were or maybe the news. "

"Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. "
