"I will never stay here again. It was raining and water was coming in under the door. They had no ice, but the purse behind the desk said that he would go get ice. When I got back from dinner, I asked for the ice and he said he can’t leave to go get ice. There was a coffee machine in the room with cups only. No coffee, no tea no sugar or creamer. And be honest with you I felt that the floors were dirty and dusty. I hate to be this kind of review, but this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at."

"The floors were dirty and sticky. The shower didn't look clean. My TV had issues, and they sent a maintenance person on the second day to fix it. I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... she never knocked. The staff overall were friendly enough, but I needed quarters to use the washing machine and couldn't get them. There was nowhere close by that was open to get them either. There should be another way."

They were very clear with check in and check out instructions, which were very simple to follow. We would love to stay here again on our next trip! "

"We stayed for 6 nights and everyone had their own space which was nice. When it comes to supplies there was the bare minimum for towels, soap, cooking supplies. Wish there was more spices, dish ware and If you want to do a good amount of cooking, make sure to bring or go purchase things you may need or order a lot of take out. The house was clean, amazingly close to downtown and other shopping centers! "
