"Tree House" on The Creek in Mid Town Pensacola!

Welcome to the "Treehouse." Its a HEALING place. Everyone that comes here falls in love with the view. This oasis is smack dab in the middle of town. The beach is a short 20 minute drive. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life. Modern features and amazing views will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed on your vacation. Many restaurants and shopping with in walking distance.

*Note- this house has three levels and three sets of stairs. It also has two high balcony's. One on the third floor and one on the second floor. This may not be suitable for young children or people who have trouble climbing stairs. The bathrooms are both located on the second floor. Please take this into consideration when booking. Additionally, there is a table/chairs on the top balcony of the master. Door must remained locked at all times if there are children on the property. (My 2 year old would climb on the table and jump off the balcony if she had the chance- no sense yet) The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. The second story balcony is screened in, and is not meant to be a safety measure. Children may fall through the screen and down a hill. I am allowing children because I know that some families have children that are calm and sensible (mine are not). So book with discretion please. We are Not responsible for any accidents. This home is meant to be very relaxing with an amazing view.

Such A Relaxing Place

I love everything about the Tree House, my family loved it too! This is our second time staying here, the neighborhood is so peaceful, the view is peaceful and it’s always a great time! Feeding the fish was my kids favorite part to watch. We’ll stay here everytime if it’s available !

Loved the scenery, wondering what the musty odor is when out on the balconies? Otherwise, fairly quiet except a dog that kept barking. Comfy beds. Host was responsive. It was a short stay as we were there for a funeral.

Home Away from Home

The location of this property is awesome. In the middle of everything, but you feel as if you are in a quiet natural area complete with a stream with fish. The loft area of the home was a beautiful compliment to the property, allowing family Movie watching. Perfect spot for any family needing room and a location near shopping, beaches and entertainment.

Immersive experience!

Loved the convenience to restaurants and stores with quick access to the interstate and the beach. Entering the property, you feel very secluded. I enjoyed waking up and having my coffee while watching a snapping turtle and blue gills. My family enjoyed the spacious interior. I would definitely book in the future.

Close to everything 😀

Great communication with property owner. We were able to check in early and she explained to my husband how to open the key box for the key haha. This would have been a five star if there was a way to sleep in but no way to sleep in with the lack of curtains or shades and the kids were up promptly at sunrise.

Great location

This was a great spot with plenty of room for my family! Our only complaint was the cleanlieness of the outdoor area. The listing hyped up the outdoor space however there were large spider webs, leaves, etc and we were unable to use it. We understand based on the location the bugs and nature happen, however a sweep of the space prior to arrival would have been nice. The inside was very clean and allowed plent of space for my family.

CONFERENCE COMFORT

It was Conference Comfort for my friend and me as the condo was perfect space and clean inside and just 10 minutes away from our meetings. The three levels are perfect for relaxing and privacy, especially, the loft, which is grand!!! The only reservation that we had was the cleanliness on the outdoor areas, porch, deck, and below deck and deck was slightly unsteady/leaning. Other than realizing the deck was not the best place to relax, we had a super time at the TreeHouse!!!

Very quiet, roomy house

House is on an incredibly quiet street - I don't think we saw two cars for the 4-5 days we were there. Very close to stores and restaurants. It is about 20 minutes to the beach. The house was comfy and well decorated. Take the host's caution about this not being a good fit for those with mobility issues seriously - lots of steps and the furniture was low to the ground. If you have early risers in your group, give them the master bedroom - the sun comes in quite brightly. It also has a nice balcony to sit and watch the creek and enjoy the birds chirping. The kitchen was well-stocked. The driveway was large and backed right up to the front door. We also enjoyed making the acquaintance of the neighborhood cat, the school of fish in the creek, and a hungry turtle.

The Perfect Stay for our Family!

Best Kept Secret in this neighborhood! Wish I had more time to relax at the house. So cute, but so clean and minimalistic! Our 14 year old daughter wants to decorate her room exactly the same. My men loved the quick access to fishing and man cave by the creek. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. I loved the jacuzzi bath tub and the owners truly thought of EVERYTHING! Bath salts were readily available. Just the relaxation I needed. The only thing I would improve is the mattresses need to be a little firmer- but maybe that's just because I'm a little older. A boxspring or bedboard might have helped. The sizes were perfect, though and I was so glad to have pillows to pick from. Laundry facilities a huge plus! Thanks for having detergent pods! Cleaning fee is a killer with all VRBOs. I will definitely be staying here again with my family as long as it doesn't get booked!

Amazing Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The owner was incredibly sweet and impressively responsive to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. The house itself is beautiful—peacefully tucked away for a quiet, relaxing vibe, yet still in a fantastic location close to shops and everything you might need. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. I would absolutely stay here again!
