Located directly on Perdido Key's beautiful sun washed beaches on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. With only 6 homes in The Dory complex, the pristine white sand beach is practically private. This is the kind of place that quickly feels like your vacation home-away-from-home. With a private entrance, this 3 story townhome is all yours for a great beach getaway!

This is an amazing Gulf-front property that you and your family will enjoy and will want to return to for many years to come! The well maintained, beautifully constructed townhome has two balconies that face the Gulf and look directly out to almost astonishing emerald green and sapphire blue water. The Dory is conveniently located in the heart of Perdido Key, but it feels like a secret spot. The shopping, local attractions and fine dining to be found in Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach are just short drives away. PKRM guests are invited to take advantage of complimentary excursions like golf at Lost Key, deep sea fishing, cruises on Perdido Key's beautiful local waterways and even admission to OWA Amusement Park. Each reservation comes with the opportunity to enjoy one fun excursion per day courtesy of our Keys to Fun program.

The custom unit is decorated with stylish, comfortable furnishings. There are flat screen televisions in every room along with many features to enjoy. Guests love that there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and stretch out with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are multiple sleeping configurations to accommodate up to 9 people. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed. Guest room 1 has a Queen sized bed and Guest room 3 has a Queen sized bed, and a twin bed with a trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living area. There is plenty of parking with 2 spaces outside and a private garage large enough for a sedan. With all of this to offer, The Dory will book up quickly. Be sure to make your reservation ASAP to ensure availability.

Perfect for Family Vacay

We had a great time with family at this property! We all live in different areas so it was great getting to come and stay on the beach as a family. The townhouse was nice - grateful it had a baby gate for the stairs and we really enjoyed the area. Perfect location!! We would love to come back next year! Also, the guys loved the golf course - thanks for the coupon!!

This is the second time we have stayed in the Dory units. Both condos were clean, comfortable and well equipped. We love the the view of the beach and easy access to the beach.

Family Getaway

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times with friends. But this year we brought the family. We have 3 grand daughters that love the beach. This property is ideal for the beachgoer. We enjoyed being all together. Thanks for having us.

Great stay

Overall a great place and location. The beach was not very crowded and we had plenty of space without having to fight for a spot close to the water. The place was clean when we arrived and everything was as described on the site. There were a number of beach items under the stairs for our use.

It was a fun stay

This is a beautiful clean townhouse and well provided kitchen. The view from the property is beautiful and the beach was clean and not super busy and like the fact that it was a private beach for the townhouse. It is a perfect place to vacation with the kids. The only downside is we were short on some comforters but otherwise it was a great stay .

Perfection!

Beautiful place, very clean, amazing views from the balconies. Great place to visit my son and his friends while he is at the navy air base. Such a relaxing home with a well appointed kitchen so we could all enjoy a home cooked meal and watch some football.

Great family vacation!

We love this condo. This is the third time we have stayed here. Plenty of sleeping room for our family of 8. The kitchen is supplied with all the necessities. Everything is close to the condo when we do leave the beach. It is perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Great stay at The Dory

We really enjoyed our stay at The Dory. Super clean, had everything we needed, and we loved being right on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things you might need. That hasn’t been the case in other places we have stayed. I do wish there was a space for pantry type food but we made it work. We will be back for sure.

Just amazing

This was our first time staying at The Dory in Perdido Key. It was everything described in the property details. Sometimes pictures don't match the descriptions however this one did the job. Great location, only downside was climbing over the dunes (I knew this would be an issue after reading other reviews...still knowing that I would definitely stay here again). The Dory was the perfect getaway that our family needed.

Vacation at the Dory 2024

property turned out great. we have stayed at another property in Perdido Key the last several years. check in was smooth. and the best thing was offer to check in early on Saturday. that gave us the whole day Saturday to enjoy the beach. the unit also had chairs and umbrellas available on ground floor that we could use. was a real plus+ ! this unit conveniently located to access all of Perdido Key. We will likely book it again for next year. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

Perfect location! Very quiet area just a short drive from things to do. We really enjoyed the private beach. Home had everything needed for our stay, including beach chairs. Check in and check out instructions had me slightly confused, but maybe it’s just me. Instructions said to tell Alexa unit we were checking out but I didn’t see any Alexa. Also couldn’t figure out the fancy thermostat. Home was clean, well stocked with needed items, and felt safe. All the other units had a hose outside for rinsing off after the beach, but this one didn’t. That would be my only suggestion for improvement, a hose to rinse. This was a great family trip and many wonderful memories made and we thank you for hosting such a wonderful time.

Great location, subpar cleanliness and service

There were two primary negatives with the property. 1) The dryer was not working. The management company admitted that a part was on order and a temporary repair had been executed prior to our arrival. The part was not due in until after our departure. It tioj two phone calls and going to the management office in person before they offered any solution to the issue, which was to let us use another property near by that was not rented, to wash our laundry (for a day). This is obviously less than optimal when the purpose of renting a beach house for a week is to enjoy the water. 2) We discovered mouse feces in the cushions of some of the living room furniture the afternoon before we departed and there was mold/mildew on the base boards in the upstairs bathroom. That being said, the location was really good, easy driving distance to the National Seashore and Orange Beach if you wanted more dining options. The beach was right out the back door and the view from both blaconies was great.

I really enjoyed the views from both of the balconies, as they were both totally different. Our reason for going was the beach and it did not disappoint!!! There was a problem with ants in the kitchen and mouse droppings by the garage door inside. Also the screen door was broken with no way to lock it. I really didn’t feel 100% safe unlocking the door on the first level as anyone could have been there.
Walks on the beach during sunrise were my favorite.
