This neighborhood is called East Pensacola Heights and it's a beautiful area of Pensacola. You'll find lots of parks/green spaces, shops & restaurants within a few minutes drive, and downtown Pensacola just 5 minutes away. Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes, and it's a beautiful drive! There’s even a park literally across the street, check out the photos.

My husband and I thought the home was very pretty! The back deck was very nice as well. It was clean- which is always very important when spending time in a vacation rental.It was a very nice place to spend some time away!

Great Property!

Cute cottage conveniently located to downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. This property is expertly decorated and comfortable for a small family. Very nice outdoor area with a pool and pet friendly. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect! We walked into the cleanest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. The location is great we could walk to breakfast and dinner and even the water. It is private with all the greenery outside. You will not be disappointed!

Great Property!

We absolutely loved this house! The size was perfect and the styling was beautiful. The house is convenient to downtown Pensacola, the beach, several restaurants, and grocery shopping. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Wonderful all around

You couldn’t ask for a better host. Having to come for a funeral it was perfect for the few visitors I had and a quiet spot to unwind. We was a little frazzled and the hosts were more than kind and patient. I couldn’t have asked for anything else or anything more

Great Place and Area

Very nicely updated home in a super cool part of the city. The dogs enjoyed having their yard, and the pool was perfect for a cold soak in the afternoon. The area is mostly homes that appear to be built in the 1940-1970s and it's a very cool vibe. Oak canopies over the roads, etc. Also be sure to walk to Aunt Katies for brunch - it was amazing.

Repeat-Perry Cottage

This was a repeat visit to Pensacola and our 2nd stay at the Perry Cottage. Just as nice as the first time. Clean and Cozy…with everything we needed. Wish the weather was a bit warmer and that the pool was heated. Wasn’t brave enough to do the Cold plunge. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! MLK/St. Louis

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful cottage. Check-in was seamless, and the property was impeccably clean. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail—both big and small—truly sets this VRBO apart as one of the best we’ve experienced.Brandon, the host, was very communicative and understanding when we had a small mix-up. He went out of his way to ensure everything, including the pool, was in excellent condition and ready for our family’s stay.I give this cottage a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Dance competition

We loved this cottage. The location was excellent for our event at the Bay Center. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had quick access to everything we needed. The pool was clean and the perfect temp. A gate latch stopped functioning and was efficiently replaced while we were out. These things happen and it was handled well. We did not cook while there but the kitchen appeared well stocked. We will be back if dance brings us back to Pensacola.

It was a quaint, comfortable place to stay. Loved that we could take our poodles with us. Was not able to connect bedroom tv to internet. The other bedroom tv remote did not allow to scroll. Could have used a good vacuum dusting in areas that are not noticeable at first glance but overall it was a very good place to stay. Location was great for downtown access and uptown shopping. Pool was refreshing and clean. Just needs a little fine tuning like getting rid of the fountain (mosquito haven) and replacing outside light bulbs.
