This historic home is in the heart of Olde East Hill - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION : 5 mile drive to the #1 beach in America, 2 minute drive to I-10, a short 1 block walk to the Pensacola Bay Center for Ice Flyers, Sunbelt, all concerts, a 10 minute walk downtown to enjoy nightlife and restaurants, just over a mile to the Blue Wahoos Stadium. THE BACKYARD is what keeps guests coming back - it’s a double lot, fenced in, with an outdoor kitchen & TV under the string lights - so your pets can have a vacation too :). Pet Friendly / Family Approved!!
