Stunning Views and Gorgeous Property

We had an absolutely amazing stay for our week of vacation. They had everything we needed and then some. The condo was gorgeous and the views were the best. The complex was very clean and our kids loved the pools. We will definitely book this condo again if we are in the area.

Very nice vacation!

We had an amazing vacation during our stay at this condo. The condo was very nice and in a great location, with easy access to both the beach and a pool. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future if we decide to visit the area.

Beautifully maintained property

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The condo is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We loved being so close to the beach, not to mention the many pools at this complex. Restaurants and other activities were within walking distance as well. Will definitely return for our next trip to this area.

Condo was beautiful, very clean and modern. Resort was great for our family, easy to go back and forth from beach to pool/lazy river. Not crowded. Will definitely book again next year!!!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and fully stocked with all the things needed. All we had to do was grocery shop and good that we planned to be stuck inside due to snow storm. It made for a memorable event. Will definitely book again!

Great girls getaway!

The unit was clean and comfortable. We had one slight issue with the sliding glass door and, once communicated to the management company, the issue was fixed within hours. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Lovely unit. Nice to be able to view the bay from the back patio and see the ocean from front balcony. Owners take pride in their unit. This condo has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommended it for your vacation to this area.

Absolutely stunning view

This condo is a absolute must if your looking to stay in Destin/Fort Walton. From the moment you open the door to this condo you have a stunning view of the bay. Beautifully decored and well maintained. Great amenities, my son was thoroughly entertained from the moment we arived. We'll definitely be back!

Great property

We loved this Penthouse unit! My daughter and her friend loved having the open rooftop patio for tanning as well as having the beach and bayside resort to change the day. My son and I are gym rats and loved having the very well-equipped gym to keep in our workout regime on pace. My wife and I loved the comfy, cozy, yet surprisingly spacious condo. We had morning coffee on our master patio without disturbing the teens beauty sleep. The location is close enough to both Fort Walton and Destin, but is not right in the middle of the madness. Absolutely would come back!

Amazing Experience

We've stayed at Destin West 7 times, each time unique. The absolutely loved our experience in this condo. It was clean and well equipped. The furniture was nice and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The kids loved the bunk rooms and even slept on the pullout one night. We enjoyed fireworks from the roof three different times! It was a great stay! We will be back!

Fun beach trip

It was a nice stay on the bay side. Only downside is having to pull the wagon and umbrella/chair over walkway through sand on beach. Would much rather have beach side with rental of umbrella/chairs. The lazy river was fun and also all the pools. Condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen was very nice.

Perfect!!!

I was so impressed with the condo! It was perfect for my family vacation. Everything was so clean and cozy! The island was quiet with a short walk to a few good restaurants. A short drive to down if needed. Walking distance to the beach. Large pools and lazy river! So much fun! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Sandpiper PH08!! We didn't get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked amazing!! We LOVED the private beach on the Gulf side. We would definitely stay in this condo again, but next trip we might try to find something right on the beach, because being at the beach was our favorite part of our trip!! We'll definitely be checking for places with Coastal Vibes though! They go over the top to provide a wonderful stay!! Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!!

Summer vacation with the grandkids

We have family in the area and come every year with our grandkids for a week vacation. First time in this unit and loved it. There is always so much to do. We love the lazy river, pools and boat dock. The kids love the sound area to swim and catch crabs. We enjoyed the top deck of the condo and even got to see fireworks twice the week we stayed. This condo has everything you need and is so nicely decorated. The note and personalized towel was so thoughtful.

Amazing place

This property was amazing. We we’re in Ft Walton for a softball tournament. It is located close to the hood sport complex which was amazing. We we’re able to go back to the condo in between games and relax. The views from the rooftop were spectacular watching the sunrise. It was a very clean and family friendly. It was exactly like the pictures we have no complaints at all. And to top it off the owners had a beach towel personalized with our name on it with a very nice welcome card. We would 100% stay at this location again for future vacations.

Made the most out of a bad situation

My boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning right after arriving, after driving him back to Ga and staying a day with him to make sure he’d be ok, I decided to go back by myself and salvage the last two days. It wasn’t the best plan, but I did get a good tan and relaxed a few days. Hope to go back soon, this condo never disappoints!

Love, love, love this place

We stayed here at the recommendation of my sister who stays every year for the month of February. Instead of staying with them we got our own place, and what a great one it was! The extra balcony facing the bay was great for morning sun and coffee. The unit was supplied with everything you need, and more. We loved the personalized beach towel and note that welcomed us. We met so many fun people at the pool, which we used everyday. The resort is so clean (thanks Kevin). We were very lucky to hit 8 days of perfect weather. Will definitely go back.

Vacation Perfection

Our stay at this VRBO condo was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing an early check-in so we didn't feel displaced for a moment. The convenience of the elevator was appreciated, and once we stepped onto the patio and rooftop, we were greeted by breathtaking views that exceeded our expectations. Having access to all the resort amenities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The lazy river and heated pools were a family favorite! Not to mention, the condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough and are already planning our return trip!

First time in Destin FL

Everything was very clean and well supplied. I was looking forward to the lazy river and headed there first. I was disappointed at how cold the water was. Once around was enough and I headed for the hot tub to warm up. It was clean and warm. There were plenty of comfortable chairs. The one swimming pool that was heated was very nice. The lighting in the water area was beautiful after dark. There was very few attractions for seniors in the area to do on cool days. We had an unfortunate medical issue and were forced to leave a week early. We notified the office 2 or 3 days before we left. We felt that they had plenty of time to rent out the unit for the last week when we had to leave but received no compensation for that full week.
