THIS IS A NEW HOUSE ON 4690 TRADEWINDS DRIVE, JUST FINISHED IN DECEMBER 2018. THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO THE PENSACOLA BAY AND GREAT FOR TRAVEL AND EXPLORATION OF PENSACOLA. FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PENSACOLA BEACH IS A 30 MINUTE TO DRIVE. THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH BRAND NEW APPLIANCES. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE. IT IS CLOSE TO MANY NICE RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING PLAZA.

We were in town for a tournament at the local University. The neighborhood is an older, safe neighborhood with people out walking. The house was a great size for our family of 5. Nice appliances and we had everything we needed. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Remarkable isn’t a strong enough word

The house was very clean! The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The hosts checked in to make sure everything was ok and to let us know they would be working in the yard for a little while. They're are some very interesting trees and plants, many from Japanese origin. We loved that. We would be happy to stay there again when we are in the area.

great stay for a quick family visit

We stayed here to visit our daughter in Pensacola. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The house was as described, and the host was very consistent with communication. Some of the communication could be perceived as curt, but I had no issues. As others have mentioned the front yard/steps are steep, but once again no real issues. Don't expect to stay here and actually use the yard as the interesting landscaping and slope make it virtually useless. That didn't bother me, but should at least be noted. Location/neighborhood felt very safe, and close enough to grocery stores etc.. What I assume is supposed to be the dining room table area really could use more light. We sat around the and ate, played cards etc, but it was a little odd with such little light. Bedrooms/bathrooms were as described and comfortable. A TV in the master bedroom would be a welcome upgrade, as there is only one TV in the house, once again this was as described just something that would be nice to add. All in all this was a very nice stay, and would be on my list of repeat stays if we need

Being home outside home!

This stay has become my family summer tradition because we enjoy so much the Pensacola area and the surrounding pristine beaches. The reason we keep coming back to this property instead to another closer to the beaches is that it makes us feel like at home. It is cozy, comfy, well equipped, newer construction, and located in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. My kids have a great time during our family meals, or just watching TV in the living room. I believe is a 65 inches one with really comfy coaches. Everyone enjoys this house, but I think the one who loves it more is my dog! He can roam on the social areas (tile floor all the way), and I can take him on a leash to a big yard in front of the house, or even walk him to a dog park that is located just 3 blocks away. The host is very responsive and attentive. He is texting us everyday to check if everything is OK or if something is needed. For all these reasons and more, I believe our Pensacola summer tradition will go on!

Very clean house only 20 min to downtown Pensacola

The house had comfortable beds and was incredibly clean. The owner checked in with us daily. The fenced yard was convenient for our dog. The front of the house has steps that light up at night as you walk past the lights. We went downtown twice and I recommend Route 90 which is along the Route 90 near downtown. The historic district is very interesting, and we did the tour. The owner takes a lot of pride in his house. Kitchen was fine and there is a good refrigerator. Wifi worked great. You have to log into your own streaming service which was fine. The neighborhood has kids, dogs and people out walking. We ate at Scenic 90 Diner which I highly recommend...food delicious..try the crab claws. Also ate at the Smokehouse in the historic district and had great food although they were out of ribs. Waitress Jody was terrific. Traffic on I-10 and I-110 was very light which was surprising.

Great host and beautiful home

We were making the trip to visit my mom, who is in her final days/weeks. Due to the situation I booked for the wrong week. We arrived in Pensacola, visited my mom and contacted our host to get into the home. To our horror, I had put the wrong dates in. Our first thought was to find a hotel. We panicked. Mr. Duong was the most pleasant, calm and caring person during our discussion. Thankfully his home wasn’t rented for the days we were here. He graciously offered to change our booking dates and pleasantly kept us on the phone to the house to explain to my husband how to get in and what to do upon entering. This home is so beautiful, spacious, private and has a large empty lot across the street for your pet or children to play on. Everything was clean and perfect. Our host checked in daily to ensure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely book with this host again and recommend them to anyone going to Pensacola, Florida. This was an overall wonderful experience thanks to the host.
