  • Modern Cottage in the heart of downtown Pensacola.NOTE: THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON THE LOTS NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY. There will be activity associated with building houses ongoing until approximately May of 2025. Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio with large patio cover and a large front porch.  The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking.  This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants.  It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

This was our 2nd stay. We enjoyed everything about the home again. Beautiful house, everything you could need (dishes, beach towels and chairs, cooking spices, laundry detergent tampons etc.) Really feels like a home away from home and everything is close (ie. Restaurants and beaches). Hoping it's available for us next year!

Beautiful place!nicely Nicely decorated and immaculately clean! The location is amazing to downtown and the convention center,. Enjoyed staying in his lovely home

The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. Worked great for our toddler. It is close to stores and restaurants. There is a very nice park just a few minutes away. Well appointed and very clean property in a great location. Only downsides were the large wall directly across the street, and a somewhat finicky home alarm system that made for a memorable check in. Good communications from the owner all around, though. Would stay here again.

Home away from home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this rental. It has the perfect amount of room for my husband and I when we come to visit my daughter and grandson! I love the large kitchen and fenced in back yard! It was perfect for when my grandson came over to run around and play! We will be renting this place again on the future!

Charming Cottage

This charming cottage was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the early evenings. It is also conveniently located to downtown Pensacola. The host was exceptionally responsive, and you could tell had really tried to think of whatever you might need while staying at this cottage. We hated to leave.

Perfect location to downtown!

My family and I loved this home. Perfect location to access the Bay Center and downtown. The pink doors give off candy cotton vibes as my kids stated since the house is blue. It was super clean. Perfectly stocked with towels as we had competition for my girls and there was lots of showers. Plus the drive to the beachside was not far just varied depending on traffic time. If we go back to Pensacola we will definitely stay here again. Exceptional host!

Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our short stay and close to the area we wanted to be in. Great backyard for chillin' and grillin'! Plenty of nearby, some walkable, places for eating. An unexpected surprise was the towel warmer in the master bathroom; it came in handy for a sore back when applying a heated towel. We cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property

This was our first experience with VRBO and so we are probably ruined! Lol!!! This house was AMAZING!!! So clean, so easy to book, so easy to check in and out! 1 zillion times better (and cheaper) than a motel would have been. Lois even checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. Felt Like Going Home

We stayed at this house August 2023 and again in February 2024. It was a happy surprise to see that a cover had been added to the backard patio, complete with a ceiling fan and additional furniture! It's a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and conveniences nearby. The house was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. We prepare breakfast and one dinner there and have no shortage of pans, etc. Very clean. Great communication with owner. Easy check-in! Will stay here again if available.

This place is really a home away from home!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Coffee house, smoothie bar & restaurant in walking distance. The house was clean, tastefully decorated & uncluttered. This might seem silly but sometimes it’s the small things that make a difference. Like a dish for jewelry on the nightstand, conveniently located outlets and light switches. Also strategically placed coasters (can’t tell you how many times I had a beverage and found a coaster exactly where I needed one!) No idea what the thermostat was set to because the temperature of the house was perfect. The beds were cozy & furniture was comfortable. This will be our go-to place anytime we find ourselves in or near Pensacola!

Beautiful home inside and out...just one issue for me...

Beautiful home inside and out just as advertised online. Comfortable with everything you need to feel at home and just a short drive to the beach. My only gripe about the home was that the bathrooms were obviously not cleaned or partially cleaned. The bathroom I used had visible urine and hair on the toilet. I was furious that I had to spend time cleaning that yet there's a substantial cleaning fee included in the reservation cost.
