This condo has 1.5 baths with a walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom for your convenience. Leave your worries behind and feel relaxed with the fully functional kitchen including granite counters, large eating space, and a huge living room for your stay. Large balcony includes tables and chairs with a breath-taking view of the beach, outdoor pool, and hot tub. Washer/dryer, exercise room, lounge area, and indoor heated pool are available for your use. This is a fully secure complex with ample parking. We do have outdoor BBQ grills for your use. Loved the location. Perdido Key is quiet and lovely this time of year. The ease in and out of building and access to beach and pool was great. Good food nearby to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

Our January Perdido Key Sun Resort Winter stay

The room was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the beach although we got 4-5 inches of snow. We found pickleball close by, played board games, hiked with friends in at least 5 parks/ hiking trails close by Thanks again for the time to relax and enjoy your condo!!

Finally a vacation without the kids

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Weather was near perfect. Love how this condo is at the near end of a populated beach. So we didn’t feel compacted. We met some great people and are planning to come back same time next year and meet up. The owner contacted us a day after checking in to make sure everything was good. We would recommend staying here.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

This is the second time staying here. Betty the owner is great! Attentive to your needs. Everything was better this time than 3 yrs ago due to maintenance being done on pool and hot tub. The condo had so many extras from dish towels, bath towels, soap, coffee, sugar, pots & pans, and the ice maker was fast producing! Love Perdido and this Condo!!

A Wonderful Place!

This place is lovely! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We cooked meals every night and had all the right tools. There is a nice grilling area facing the beach with three charcoal grills and some tables. All the guests were kind and kept telling us it smelled good lol The condo was extremely clean. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach if you want to do that. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Betty is a wonderful host with excellent communication. We will definitely be back. Perfect January Getaway

The condo is the perfect getaway for a couple. It’s located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was very clean and well outfitted. The half bath is also a nice feature. The location as far as amenities is great. Publix is nearby for groceries and there are many restaurants in both directions. We chose to prepare most of our meals at the condo and nothing was lacking for appliances, cookware, utensils.. anything you could possibly need is there.Betty is super nice and was very responsive when we had questions and accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates. The only negative: we had to leave! This was our first trip to the Panhandle, but we’re looking forward to returning and will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

We were there for my son's Air Force graduation. I was a little nervous because my son invited 6 of his friends over to our place for dinner after graduation with dinner prepared by yours truly. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for meal preparation-every utensil, serving pieces, blender, and large sink. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat and enjoy themselves. There was only one small problem with the door code and Betty took care of it immediately. Very comfortable bed.
