Country Club Estate close to NAS - EV charger

Feel right at home in a beautiful, upscale home located between downtown Pensacola and the back gate of NAS. All three bedrooms are upstairs, as well as two full baths. Downstairs there is a full bath, living room, dining room and a big kitchen. The courtyard is perfect for unwinding after a beautiful day at the beach. A 20 minute drive to the beautiful emerald waters on Pensacola Beach and out to Perdido Key. Our home shares a neighborhood with the oldest private country club and golf course in the state of Florida. 12 minute drive to the main gate of National Air Station Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels!! A mile to Mahogany Mill Boat ramp with room to park your boat trailer at the property!
